I have an educational background in economics, Law & HRM.Apart from this, I have experience and the attitude to excel in this organization as I am doing the job as a Key Account Associate in HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. C/O PepsiCo International, where I expose to HR operations, Administration, Employees relation & Industrial relation related all matters.At the same time, I have developed my communication skills from working directly with managers, which means I am well prepared to work on an executive position in the HR department by the skill set earned from this organization. Responsibilities:
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key client and company.
Resolving client issues and complaints.
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Assist in all hiring and training procedures for new employees for the Client company.
Continually educate employees on client company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.)
Administer benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on client company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers of the client company and employees.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Understand and adhere to all relevant labor laws.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
In case of non-compliance to take legal action and deliver show-cause notice, proceed inquires and prepare inquiry reports and make decisions.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Organize annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees.
Prepare reports for upper management, Client HR Department, etc.

Responsibilities:
Deliver 3P/PCI (Pepsi Cola International) labor-management & statutory compliance by ensuring (Employee Relation).
Support IR lead in timely submission & record keeping of contributions /reports to be executed by 3P & PCI & settle issues (if any).
Support IR lead in closure and execute WPPF /10C disbursements.
Closely work with IR lead ineffective execution in the Uniform & Safety shoes transition.
Work intimately with 3P contractors and build their ability as far as the conclusion of disciplinary activities, and all work-related questions autonomously. Estimated by: conclusion rate of disciplinary activities by any of the contractors as well as timely closure of PCI worker’s disciplinary actions.
Support IR lead in the KPI tracking system for tracking performance linked with monthly incentives.
Support plant medical team in the execution of hygiene cards twice a year in collaboration with IR lead. Keep a track of completion and ensure closure.
